We have returned to Executive and may continue as it has been a
satisfactory and pleasant place to be. The room was generally clean and comfortable, though the rates felt a bit steep for extended stays. It would be lovely if they offered better prices for longer visits.

Some positive aspects included the large bathroom with ample counter space, and the front desk staff was friendly. However, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues. the bedding and floor were dirty, and there were cockroaches present. Additionally, the TV and Internet were not functioning well during my stay, which made for a frustrating experience overall.

Would recommend for a date night
Cozy room, friendly staff, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in the rooms that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially being able to explore the city easily from this conveniently located spot.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Had a great time staying with my friends! We explored a nearby park and checked out a cool local brewery. The staff were friendly, and the room was mostly fine. Just a heads up, the internet could be spotty during peak times but we made it work. It was perfect for a fun getaway with a group!

The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price, although the exterior looked a bit dreary. Had some quirky moments with the service, and the location felt a bit sketchy. Definitely not the best experience, but not the worst either.

great accessibility to parks and local eateries
I had a fantastic stay with a clean, recently remodeled room, and the front desk was super friendly, making it easy to explore attractions like the beautiful Owen Rose Garden just 1.5 km away and delightful eateries like Sweet Life Patisserie a quick stroll of 500 meters down the road.

Not a great stay
Where do I start? The room was super sketchy and just plain gross. Like, we found a condom under the bed! The TV was ancient, and the whole vibe felt like a place where you'd catch something nasty. The only good part was the lady at the front desk was really friendly. Wish I had just paid a little more to be somewhere else.

I loved that my request for an upper-level room was honored without any extra fees, and it was clean and cozy for my night stay. The small garden area was a nice spot to unwind with a cup of coffee, and I enjoyed their little seating nook. Just keep in mind that the street noise can be a bit much at times, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! ☕️
